How to setup home workers to synchronise files with the office server

I am setting up an office that will use a Microsoft Small Business Server 2003 to manage synchronisation (file redirection) between laptops and the server.  I have been asked to include a single home user in this scenario such that the manager can see access the files on the remote user's laptop.
