Zone: SBS Small Business Server

I have installed SBS 2003 R2 Premium edition for a customer and when I click on either Backup, Monitoring and Reporting, or Update Services in the Server Management console, I'm getting the "This program cannot display the webpage" error.

I can run the wizards (Backup, Monitoring and Reporting) and they seem to function correctly, just cannot view the page.

I have checked IIS and the loopback 127.0.0.1 is on the list of IP addresses for the "Default Web Site", and it does not have a host header. I believe this is correct.

I've installed many of these before but this is the first time I've come across this. Cannot find anything on the internet to solve my problem so I'm hoping someone here can offer a suggestion.
