Installing OWA on a stand-alone IIS server

I'm upgrading an existing network which currently consists of 3 servers; exchange, IIS and SQL. They are migrating from Exchange 2000 to SBS 2003.  Currently the IIS box hosts OWA as a front-end box to the Exchange server. What is required to install OWA from the SBS 2003 installation on this stand-alone IIS box?  Combining the IIS and SQL on the same box as the SBS2003 is *NOT* an option.
I'm not seeing anything in the documentation or help sites that mention this is possible.
Want to verify before I give the bad news that they need to purchase Exchange 2003/2007 instead.
