No access to Sharepoint from the Internet - Internally it works fine

Ok - Here it goes. This is driving me crazy. I have a SBS 2003 server with Sharepoint (companyweb) installed that cannot be accessed from the Internet. Internally we can access it fine. This USED to work and just recently broke. I am using 443 for OWA, etc and use port 444 for Sharepoint. There have been no configuration changes recently to the firewall or IIS and OWA still works fine from the outside world. The login screen never comes up and it just states that it "cannot find the page" I found on google yesterday that somebody had this same problem the certificate was "Corrupted" and replacing the certificate helped. I tried this with no success...It was a pain because then I had to replace the Cert on all the laptop's that I have setup rpc over https.

Netstat -a shows me that port 444 is listening
I re-ran the Internet/Email wizard
