Internet Issue on SBS 2003 Network

Hi,

I have 12 clients on an SBS 2003 Network, server running 1x nic, users connecting direct to router for internet. We seem to have something chugging through the internet, though I've malware and virus swept the entire site a few times now, and everything is clean. The only problem this is giving us, is that 3 out of the 12 workstations have intermittent internet, mostly down. The rest of the clients are flying on the net, no problems. swapped the switch the users were on, same problems. All their local network traffic is full speed. DNS resolves their web queries, it's just not getting any data through to the browser.
