Thank you so much for the quick responce, I actually managed to get it working just before your post. The problem was the mailbox name field. In outlook her mailbox name was her full name first and last, but what the BIS service was looking for was actually more like her username, first initial last name..... it's always something silly and simple in the end....
I did consider installing BES (Blackberry Enterprise Server), but she's the only employee in the company with a BB... seemed like a waste for one user.
I'm going to award the points to bluetab for the fast response and the solid sugestions.
Thanks
Chris

Can she surf the Internet? When you try to re-add it what kind of email account are you trying to add? I would verify with her cell phone carrier that she has the right data plan. Can you login to the Telus website with the username and password to see if everything is setup there? om/html?br and=telus

On a second note have you considered installing BlackBerry Professional Software on the SBS box. This will allow her BlackBerry to automatically sync email, calendar, contacts, and notes wirelessly with her Exchange account. It's a free download with one free license. It costs $99/license after that. Unfortunately you also have to add a different data service plan and I can tell you what plan you need if you let me know the carrier. My clients all love this compared to the BIS which really works better for POP email accounts.
