The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? Backup Failed, event ID 5634

I have SBS 2003 installed and last night I received an Event ID: 5634 Backup Failed.  Usually I can figure these out but I am not sure on this one.
