SBS 2003 Crashs once a week

Ok I have a small business server 2003 that is hanging up about once a week with the following error messages. When this happens the server does nothing. It can still ping but you cannot login or shutdown or anything else. The only way to get it back online is to hard reboot the server. The server is up to date on all service packs and updates for the os and exchange.
