I have a client running SBS 2003 w/ Exchange.. As of today they cannot send or receive emails for any user on the domain.. I have tested all the usual suspects and can't seem to find the problem.. DNS looks good, Exchange DB is only 9GB, all services are running and SMTP looks good. I was able to telnet into SMTP and send an email without a problem.. Also tried using a different SMTP virtual server on a different server at the same site also with no luck. That leads me to believe that it something with Exchange. I'm really at a loss not to mention Im going to have a very unhappy customer in the morning.
This is very critical that i get his resolved ASAP so Im setting points at 500..
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
