I have a user using RWW in Windows 2003 SBS. He can connect to the server's desktop, but not his own. when he tries to connect, he gets the following error shortly after logging in.

I've played around a bit and from other PC"s I can connect successfully to the desktop that he fails to connect. So far I can only have him connect successfully when he uses the option to set the screen size to "1024 x 768". When He does that the connection is stable. The only thing I can see as possibly being the issue is the video driver. on the "source" desktop (the one being connected to ) he is driving a 24 inch monitor and the problem PC that is attempting to connect is running a 17 inch wide screen LCD. I can't seem to find the common ground as to what is causing the error listed above. If anyone has run across this and rectified it, please, some help would be appreciated
