id suggest you use spacemonger to check the drive layout sand look for other things using up space
it is a very clear graphical representation of the size of directories on the volume

possible culprits:
smtp logs
http logs
volume shadow copy storage space allocation on c drive
software distrubution directory (can be deleted, its where windows update temp files are)
service pack uninstall files

I have had this a few times with Symantec Endpoint. Solution is to download and install the latest build (MR3 I believe).
