yea they route ok to the default folder they wont route to a mailbox tho

Browse All Topicswe have a sbs 2003 server with an external fax modem setup to send/receive faxes.
outbound faxes are sending ok
inbound faxes seem to be coming into the server but they are stuck in a state of retrying routing!
i have setup the fax 2/3 times and installed the modem twice as well so i dont know why they wont route to teh fax@domain.com
any ideas would be great

Have you tried routing to a different email address/mailbox just to test?
Do they route okay to a folder or to SharePoint?
