In ISA? I ran CEICW and selected the defaults with FTP and Terminal Services.

open the ISA gui - select monitoring - logging - start query
try the connection - watch the log
ISA only supports outbound ssl on 443 by default.
Get the ISA tunnel port range extender by jim harrison from www.isatools.org
download the isa_tpr.js file from the isa2004 section and save it to the c:\ of the SBS box
drop out to a cmd prompt on the sbs box
type in
isa_tpr.js /add portxxxx xxxx where xxxx is the ssl port that you are trying to access (seen in the gui log)

What ssl port are you trying to use - because it is not 443
