imap4 + small business server 2003 issue
I have setup 2 servers linked by VPN (all working fine)
server 1 i have enabled the IMAP4 Service and its running (in services)
server 2 i can setup in outlook an IMAP4 mail connection to server1. email pull accross and
all apears ok, smtp mail works though i have just found an issue.
If you delete a mail on server 2 (imap mail) it puts a line through the mail as normal.
But it fails to delete the message on the main account (server 1)
Any reasons for this? what have i missed?
The imap4 account on outlook on server 2 apears to be working fine other than this. Be nice to know why the mails when flagged are not being removed like imap normally allows.
Any Help appreciated.

Hello taologic,
Putting a line through the title does not delete the message. It only marks the email for delete. You need to go Edit > Purge to delete the message in Server 2. Once this is done, Server 1 should reflect this deletion in IMAP.
