With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

Cannot see shared printers or shared folders on workstations after installing new SBS 2003 server

I just installed a new HP Proliant ML110, which came with SBS2003. All the shares on the server are accessible by all the users. But my pre-existing shared printers and shared folders on the workstations are no longer visible. There are no printers attached to the server, just 2 of the 5 workstations. Also there are a couple of shared folders on 2 of the workstations that are not visible.
I added all the users from the Domain to the workstations with the shared printers or folders, and I added the group Everyone to the same workstations.
I feel really silly, I am probably missing a simple check box.
SBS 2003 is installed with a Domain called Nevada, and the server name is Vegas. I was able to install a shared network printer on the server that is attached to a workstation, and it prints. I saw in another post to check Make Visible in Directory on the shared tab, but I do not see that box. The printer are an HP4 Plus and an HP 4000.
