SBS 2008 and Virtual Machine Running Server 2008

We have a client who has requested a quote for a new server. They want to run SBS2008 on a physical server and then on that server also virtualise a install of Server 2008 and run this as a web server. The web server will be getting minimal load.

What would be the best way to do this, ideally the SBS install should be on the physical box. If I understand correctly you cannot run HyperV on SBS? I was thinking of getting SBS Premium and that gives you a license to run 2 servers. New to SBS2008 so advice would be appreciated.

If we get SBS premium then can we install Server 2008 with the addtional license? Or does it just allow us to have more than one server in the domain.
Correct. Premium comes with  licenses for SBS 2008, Server 2008, SQL 2008, downgrade rights for 1 year for SQL 2005, and also you can use the Server 2008 license to install another instance as the Hyper-V host. However the Hyper-V host is only allowed to act as a host you are not allowed to enable any other services on it such as AD, DNS, DHCP. Those would all be handled by your SBS. A little tip; it is not recommended the host be joined to the SBS domain as authentication can be an issue when the SBS is not started.

Premium above is an ideal configuration for scenarios like a host, with an  SBS and a 2008 Terminal Server virtual machines.
Thanks synergiq.
Cheers!
