Asked by sgarson1 in SBS Small Business Server, MS SharePoint, Microsoft IIS Web Server
I was "fixing" an issue on my SBS-2003 server and accidentally deleted something while reading written instructions that clearly said "do not delete".
In IIS, I deleted the SharePoint Administration Web Site from this menu string:: IIS Manager>Servername>Web Sites> SharePoint Administration Web Site.
As a result, none of my intranet things or web remote access work.
I have a clean complete system backup from when the server was originally installed two years ago. Can I fix this problem using that or the system state? Everything else works fine and I only have three users if I needed to recreate my users in the AD.
I'm not sure exactly what file(s) to restore.
