Thanks, b1ackfox for the reply. The server only has a single drive, and I think the reason it has the same issue is because the clone was not able to copy the affected part of the drive. So if a particular dll was not accessible due to the bad block, that same dll was probably not copied during the clone.

Get your adaptec driver cd, and reinstall the adaptec driver... But before all this happened, did you do a driver update or a firmware update? Anyways, consider this... Maybe it wasn't the Harddrives that were having the issue... maybe it's the scsi card reading the HD's... doesn't it seem off that 2 drives would have bad blocks/same symptoms?
