Remote Desktop in SBS 2003 Server

I have a Small business server with one NIC. I can't seem to get the remote desktop to work on the server. If I enable someone else's remote desktop in our office it will connect to that but not the server. I tried installing PC anywhere to get around the issue but that won't connect either. I have opened up the ports 3389  on the router. Is there something in the server config that will not allow these connections? What puzzles me is that i had it working and then reconfigured the internet using the wizard and then it failed.
