Which ports did you specify for the Server to Agent etc ?

Have you re-run Connect to Email and Internet Connection Wizard and the VPN wizards?
ePolicy Orchestrator is considered an Enterprise Class piece of software, kind of strikes me as overkill for SBS
Is ISA installed on this box?
