Active Directory also reports SP2 not SP3 as it should

Browse All TopicsWhen I go to "Server Management" Client Computers, some Windows XP Prof. computers are shown Service Pack 2. Most of them already have SP3 installed, and have all security patches up to date.
What could create such behavior and how can it be corrected?

Were these computers added to the domain using the http://servername/connectc
If not, they are not added correctly to SBS. There is a special EXE that is run on the clients during logon that does more than just map drives.
Try removing and re-adding one of these problem machines using the above method if you haven't done that.

Have you had a look in the Active Directory computers OU to see what Service Pack it states in there?
