Sharepoint - IE8 and Certificate

We just setup sharepoint on an SBS2003 server and have installed a certificate from GoDaddy.

I can access OWA and pick up exchange mail via HTTPS without any issue but when I click on the link for "Use my company's internal web site" I get a page that reads "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate"  with the yellow banner that says Display Blocked Content.  I click that and it prompts for the domain user and pass again.

What did I do / didn't do to create this?
