I think the server is suffering from
Memory Leak Or DDOS Attack or Bad Memory or Continious Cycle loop like unending script loop...can you verify

Browse All TopicsI run a server running sbs 2003 and when trying to acess any internal pages, companyweb, rww it can take up to 5 minutes before displaying the page. This happens on the client computers as well as when accessing the pages via the IIS manager. I am looking for any suggestions on how to best deal with this issue.
