I've been trying to clone my sbs server to a bigger internal hard drive and keep on getting errors. I've tried the open source clone software but windows keeps on giving directory errors on boot and continously reboot.

If you are trying to use a drive on another disk controller then you will need to install the controller into the Windows Server 2003 before you clone it. Once the server has the correct drivers installed you can clone to a drive connected to that controller and the server will boot.
It should clone the same as Windows XP.

Try to clone another time or with other SW.
The new drive is the same type (SAS, SATA)?
what type of contorler do you have and what is it configuration?
