SBS 2011 Setup error

I bought a new HP ML110 G6 server and downloaded from Microsoft the Windows SBS 2011 trial, and planning to install it and then if everything works purchase the license.

The problem is the following: I get an error 0X80070570 after the Expanding files section which says (I am translating from spanish): Windows cannot install the required files. It´s posible that the archive is corrupt or it´s not found.......

What have I done so far:
I setup a RAID 1+0 on the BIOS and in the Array RAID HP utility I created a logical drive with RAID 1+0, I inserted the burned ISO DVD-DL, booted, started the installation and first I got an error about not finding the drivers for the CV/DVD, which I followed and article on how to setup the drivers for the DVD/CD and then continued the installation, but at the end I got the error mentioned above.

What can I do?, it this a bad ISO?, I verified the ISO with DVD burned with ImgBurn and got no errors.

Thank you all,

What do you mean by to a different location?

thanks
Do you get to the point where you specify the location (volume/partition) where you want to install SBS 2011 and then it crashed during the expanding files?
Yes, I got pass that, and when Expanding files, after about 20 minutes, almost finishing, the error occurs..
when you get to that spot where you specify the installation location, are you clicking on load driver and loading a driver for your Raid Controller?
I mean to download the ISO to a different location on the hard drive it lands on, just to eliminate the chance that it has landed on a bad sector.  Maybe even download it right onto the USB drive you plan to use for the install.
really rare, at the beggining of the installation, It asked me for the drivers of my DVD/CD, so I load some HP drivers named with "RAID ARRAY" or something like that, then I could click Next, after this, my hard drive appeared like normal, and from there I tryed to install the Windows 2011... Should I try to install it without RAID?
I tried to install it without RAID, and the same error appeared... I will download the ISO file again..... will post back results tomorrow (6.6GB to download)...
I have another update, if you have any comment, please say so..

I downloaded the ISO again, and tried to install it on my windows 7 through VMware, and I got the same error at the same part.... what can be done?, for sure it´s the windows ISO the problem and not my server right?,
does vmware on your workstation support 64 bit os?
How much ram did you give the vm...how many cores
I don´t remember, I just setup it up like Windows 2008 R2 64 bit, actually VMware autodetect it, I don´t think it´s a minimum requirement error, I think it´s more like a corrupt ISO or something wrong going on with the installation..... I will try to install it using a USB flash drive, I know it will take to long but it´s worth the shot.
I downloaded it again from another machine, I made a USB bootable installtion and it worked perfectly!!! thank you very much!!!! :D
