Licensing Question SBS

We have two servers - one SBS 2003 and the second standard server.

We host CRM 4.0 on the second server.

We intend to upgrade the first server to SBS 2011 first and i believe that the premium version comes with a standard server licence for the second server.

If this is our configuation, what are the licensing requirements and who is the best licensing company to acquire licensing or the pricing is the same with all agents.

15 exchange mail users.
15 users of CRM 4.0  (eventually upgrade to CRM 2011 at which point we upgrade the second server)

Please clarify the licensing of the sql server - is it just one server license.

Premium SBS comes with a SQL license so all you need is an SBS2011 Premium license with 15 Client Access Licenses.

If you buy this with new hardware you can purchase OEM editions which is significantly cheaper than the retail version.

You will find most vendors will be a similar price.
