sbs 2011 - User profile service error, event id 1511 (spwebapp -> sharepoint account)

Event id 1511 is logged few times a day.

Summary:
Windows cannot find the local profile and is logging you on wwith a temporary profile. Changes you make to this profile will be lost when you log off.

User: domain\spwebapp

If I look in "C:\Users\" a folder for that specific user, which was made by sharepoint installation(?) is not present. I tryed to change the password of the user and credentials in IIS manager for SBS sharepoint appPool, but the problem stil exist.

What is the cause of the problem and how can I solve it?
