Add a Trusted Certificate errors out
Greetings!
I have broke my server certificates. I have not been able to receive emails from computer which are not part of the domain. Its been a while and I would like to finally get this resolved. I am able to recieve emails outside of my network if I have added a computer to my domain.
So I did some research and found the problem to be my certificate. So I went into my mmc.exe/add-in --> certificate ---> and in my drunken brave moment started deleting all of the certificates I created in the past trying to resolve this problem. After doing this I went to removed my current resigned my certificate with Godaddy. And attempted to reissue the certificate within the console... After this I wanted to install the certificate and went to Windows SBS Console, Clicked on Add a trusted Certificate and BAM!!! I GET THIS ERROR MESSAGE.

Hi David,
I have found the same article. I ran the wizard and it stated there were errors. It didn't resolve the problem.
What I did find when going to the connectivity tab is my Web Server Certificate "STATUS" windows says "request submitted" which is correct as I submit the license with godaddy last night. Part of the resubmittal was creating a new .req on the server and then giving this information to godaddy. I forget what that txt thing is called...
The error message from the wizard says: Cannot install the certificate authority. Install the certificate authority manually, and then try again. I am googling this right now... But maybe I'm going in the wrong direction

The problem with this is when I follow step 4. I don't see my certificate in the list. I'm hopelessly lost.. Thanks though

Thanks David for at least trying to help me. In the end I had to completely uninstall CA Authority and reinstall it. The "Add a trusted Certificate" Finally opened. I used this website to remove and reinstall:

I'm giving you some points because you spent some of your time to help resolve.

This site also mentions the deletion of found blank certificates. However from your post I'm assuming if any existed they were deleted.
