Applying Win 8.1/Server2012R2 ADMX to Win2008ServerR2 Central Store

I downloaded the Windows 8.1/Server 2012 R2 ADMX that is now available (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=41193). I ran the MSI (which extracts all of the ADMX/ADML files) on my Server 2008 R2 domain controller. This domain controller has the central store of all administrative templates for our domain located at C:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain\Policies\PolicyDefinitions. My first question: Does the 8.1/2012ServerR2 ADMX contain all of the administrative templates of Win8/Server2012? My second question: With the extracted ADMX/ADML files, am I supposed to just copy this to the central store and overwrite all of the current administrative templates? How will this affect my GPO? I want to make sure I'm not causing any issues by simply copying and pasting the extracted ADMX/ADML files from the 8.1/Server2012R2 MSI I downloaded which will overwrite the existing Administrative Template files in the central store.
