routing problem with ISP or SBS configuration error

i have a SBS server 2003 running our company with some problems

1. emails have a delay timing of about 10 to 15 minutes and sometimes email are send out but entourage cannot find the email in the sent items.

2. when we are experiencing email outage on entourage, users on windows appeared to have no problem.

3. when we log into the server, the server is running. cpu resources running at about 70 percent.

4. one of my directors told me that emails send to our address are routed to another organization.

what can i do to resolve this problem as it is causing my bosses to be very angry with me. Start Free Trial
