ActiveSync Error 0x85010014 - Can't find a working solution

0x85010014 when I try to sync my windows mobile phone to our sbs 2003 r2 server. I hae tried all of the fixes posted on this website and nothing seems to fix the problem. I have a certificate from GoDaddy and the /oma does work form the browser on my mobile phone. I have tried to recreate the /Exchnage directory in IIS liek one fix suggested but that did not work either. Any help would be appreciated.
