What is the best way to recover Exchange data from server database files

Me bad.  I have No current backup of my client's Small Business Server 2003.  The OS drive crashed.  The Exchange Server was on another drive.  I have the database files (mdbdata/) and log files (mtadata/).  

What is the best way to recover this data?
