Yes, what is the EXACT error message if any?
Is this an issue with remote control, or is the client not installing, is the client installed and not reporting data back to the MP?
If the clients have the client install do you see any errors in the client location logs? (root\windows\system32\ccm
Are these systems on the same or different subnets? Do you have site or roaming boundaries setup? Lots of things that can cause this issue, we just need you to be more specific if possible.

On the site server, open up the ccm.log file in the logs folder. What are the error messages you are getting on this log?
