Not able to connect within SMS Admin Console

Our SMS Server has been running fine until 3 days ago where we had to bring it down to change a cooling fan.

Once the fan was replaced and server brought back up. The console is not able to connect. When we go in to SMS Admin Console. It says "Connection Failed: \\SMS\root\sms\site_FBB".

No configuration was changed when we replaced the fan. So i can understand why the console is not connecting, when everything was working just fine when we brought the server down to replace the fan.

Ive trying doing a repair using the Site Repair Wizard and tried restarting all the SMS services, even restarted the server a few times. But cant get it to work.

Any ideas on how to resolve this mystery would be most appreciated.
