SCCM Client not displaying as client 'yes'

We have just implemented SCCM 2007 and everything appears to be fine as far as the installation is concerned and there dont seem to be any major errors in the event viewer log.
I have set up all the bounderies (subnets) and collections. I have pushed out the clients to all machines and the client seems to be installing, however, when I look at the collection it says that all the machines are assigned but are not a client.

The status is as follows for all machines (please also see attached screenshot):

Site Code: MRK
Client: no
Approved: N/A (i set this so that approval wasnt required)
Assigned: yes

Last thing is we are running in Native mode for SCCM but this didnt work when we were in mixed mode either.Start Free Trial
