Is Domain Admins part of the local administrators group on the PC? It should get added to the local administrators group when you join the domain, but you never know.
The account under Site Database>Site>Client Installation Methods>Accounts has admin rights to the PC?
Can you get to \\targetpc\admin$ ? If you can't get to the admin$ share on the PC, it doesn't think you have any administrative rights.
