Copy batch file to PC's and run Batch file on schedule with SCCM

I need to copy a batch file (this file will copy desktop icons and user favorites to a folder on their personal drive) to each machine, and then run that batch file every monday morning.  I want to utilize SCCM to do the copy, and schedule the running of the batch file.  I am new to SCCM, and I am not sure how to go about this. Is there anyone who could point me in the right direction?
