SMS  hardware report not showing serial numbers.

In SMS 2003 w/sp3, I'm running report "Hardware 1A, Summary of computers in a specific collection, id report 163".  All my Dell computers show serial numbers, however, my Pansonic toughbooks do not show a serial number.  The word "none" is posted in the serial number field for my Panasonic toughbooks (Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.,Ltd.).  How do I get the serial numbers to appear in the report for my Toughbooks?  Thanks!Start Free Trial
