Client computers won't sync time with domain server

I have 2 DOmain controllers.  The primary emulator is set as the time server for the network.  Just a couple of days ago the time switched on the servers to an hour in the future.  I set the time correctly on both domain controllers but now the client computers still have the incorrect time.  I try to do a NET TIME /SET and it asks me if I want to change to the time server clock and I input Y for yes and it then says that the task completed successfully.  The time on the client computer still does not change.  I checked the client computer and the time zone is correct and the DAYLIGHT SAVINGS button is checked.  Please advise.Start Free Trial
