How to create external trusted Forest ?

HI, I'm using win2k AD.  When I try to add an external trusted forest in AD Domains and Trust snap-in, the Add buton brings up dialog only for adding external trusted domain.  Is there a way to add trust for an entire external forest?  Thank you.

You cant do forest trusts with windows 2000, you need to have a windows 2003 forest runinng in 2003 Native mode

Although im pretty sure you should be able to accomplish what you need to do by using the Domain Trusts component - might be a little more long winded than you had hoped but the end result will likely meet your requirements or at the very least come close

Can I then create Transitive external domain trust in win2k?  Would this be the equivalent of Forest trust?  Also, where can I find what's my current forest name?  Thank you.

Ok, I see, I can only create forest trust using Win2k3 server in 2003 mode.  What about, can you create in 2003 server forest trust with a 2000 server?  Thank you
