We run an Exchange 2003 Ent server at work, with about 40 users. Two of our users had a password change today, as part of domain policy and, since then they haven't been able to log into Exchange.
We have tried rebooting both the desktops and the server, changing the passwords multiple times but each time we get the Enter Network Password box. The correct domain\user and password is rejected (the box keeps popping up).
If I cancel the password prompt, Exchange reports as disconnected/offline and an 8004011D error (The server is not available. Contact your administrator if this condition persists) is in the Send/Receive box.
Has anyone experienced this before?
