The Solution Rating System

With so many solutions, how can you tell which solutions are most likely to help you and which ones are not? To provide you with a tool to use, we rate our solutions based on various elements that most accurately determine if a solution is a quality solution. To explain what factors affect the solution rating, here are the elements we take into consideration when formulating our solution rating.

  • The Grade of the Solution
  • The Zone Rank of the Expert Providing the Solution
  • The Number of Author and Expert Comments
  • The Number of Experts Contributing
  • The Feedback of the Community

Your Input Matters
Because of the way the system is set up, the most important variable in this equation is you. As a member of Experts Exchange, you are able to cast your vote on the quality of the solutions in regard to how complete, accurate, helpful and easy to understand each solution is. When you provide your feedback, each rating is adjusted accordingly. So, if you see a solution that has a poor rating that you think is a good solution, let us know by rating it. As you do, the rating will be adjusted and will become more accurate for other members of our site.

If you have any suggestions that you would like to make for our rating system, please ask a question in the Suggestions Zone of Community Support.

Thank you!

exchange, delegate, 2003, email, account

Last month i did some clean up work on my exchange server (mostly just deleted ex-employee's mailboxes and AD account). One of those employees used to be a delaget for on of our managers. Now every time you sent an appointment invite to this manager you get a kick back email saying the following:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:      Test please ignore
      Sent:      6/5/2007 8:37 AM

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      <old users name> on 6/5/2007 8:37 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this message was sent to.  Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient directly to find out the correct address.
            <Exchange.domain.com #5.1.1>

The manager still gets the invite but the strange thing is this only happens when you send an invite. When you send emails it goes just fine, no kick back.

Ive checked his Exchange properties and he dose not have anyone as a delegate, Ive looked all over his AD account to see if her email address or name is linked to him in any way and i see nothing.
Ive also checked his Outlook account to see if he has any rules set but he dosent.

What else could it be. I am at a loss

Thanks for the help

Oh Exchange is 2003 SP2 and all servers are 2003. I am also running Blackberry Enterprise Server 4 if that makes a difference
