How do you set User's Home directory on a separate domain?

Asked by AnimatorOne in Active Directory, Windows NT Networking

Hello Experts. Might seem like a simple question but how do you set a user's Home directory to point to a folder on a server from a different domain?

I set the server name / location in the user's Home fdirectory properties but it doesn't connect on login. I've been manually mapping the location to H to work around.

The user's are logging in to a Windows NT Domain. I want the home folders set to a folder on a Windows 2003 Server.Start Free Trial
