You can use restricted groups to add a group to the local power users group<br />
Open Active Directory Users and Computer<br />
Right Click OU where your computers are (or Default Domain Policy)<br />
Go to Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Restricted Groups\<br />
Add Domain Users (or the domain group that has your 150 users) to PowerUsers.<br />

Under the OU I don't have access to 'computer configuration'. &nbsp;If I right select the computer name I get name mappings..., reset account, manage...properties, etc.
