Thanks a lot tomo999, I was waiting a bit to accept it as solution to see if the problem will not occur again. It seems ok now and i can't see a major difference to wait at startup either.

For each of our users we have a personal home drive which is a different repertory in a network share on a server. for exemple \\server\home\user1. This home drive is defined in the active directory field in the profile tab for each user. However sometimes the drive is just mapped as \\server\home even if the permissions on the repertory user1 give to this user full control. (and the shared folder home has permissions for everyone)<br />

Any Idea where the problem could come from? <br />
