Unable to map drives

Hello,

I am experiencing a weird thing. Everyone on my network is able to successfully connect to their drives thanks to a login.bat. However when they connect to a terminal server all their drives get mapped except for 1. I logged in to a terminal server and I get the same problem.
I can ping the server by ip and by name, the reverses are there but when i type from the run command from any server in my domain \\servername\share i get the "no network provider accepted the given patch" . However i can map other shares on the same server by typing \\servername\othershare. Also i am able to map by doing \\ip address\sharename
If i type \\servername.domainname.com\share I connect successfully from any server.
So i checked my settings and lan man is enabled and enable netbios over tcp/ip is enabled on the terminal server.
How can users get all their drive mappings from the Terminal Server?
