how should i use repadmin /removelingeringobjects

Question background, this question relates to

which is in regards to event error 2042 appearing on all 3 of my domain controllers which implys they are not replicating correctly.

my question is:
i seem to need to run
repadmin /removelingeringobjects ServerName ServerGUID DirectoryPartition /advisory_mode

but for the server name and the server ID which server do i use? dont they all have lingeringobjects? should i perfrom that on all 3 DCs? Will i lose data doing this (login details ect)?
