We havent installed security updates on our DC for sometime now.DC has not been rebooted for almost 6 months
We have an exchange & domain enviornment.
Could you please tell the precautions/steps to be taken in this regards and for rebooting dc

Schedule the reboot for off-hours.

Create a test plan to confirm functionality of your domain applications (such as Exchange/Outlook) subsequent to the reboot.
