Not able to remotely administer laptops and workstations

Hello,

I've noticed lately that some of my laptops in my PC park can not be Remotely Managed in this sense that when I browse to the laptop in our Active Directory tree, and then right click it and choose "Manage" the remote Computer Management opens, but it displays a red cross over the Local Users and Groups.

The account that I use in AD is member of the domain admins and enterprise admins. I have compared all settings I could think of with another laptop which does not have this behavior, but can't think of anything else to check.

Does anyone have an idea ?
