I am trying to enable our Help Desk and PC Support groups the right to be able to make changes to the Dial-in tab, specifically to change the 3 radial options under Remote Access Permission (Dial-in or VPN). I typically use the custom list of 70 items under Delegation of Control Wizard, but this option is not one that i see.
So my question is this: What permissions do i need to set manually under Advanced Security to allow specific groups the right to assign Remote Access Permission (Dial-in or VPN).
This is a W2k3 DC, Domain Functional Level is 2K3.
